There are 61 storage units with concrete floors, lights and electricity for a boat charger. The facility is conveniently located on the west side of Lake Fork 15 minutes from Mineola, TX and less than 15 minutes from Emory, TX. Famous Lake Fork Marina and Mustang Marina are both less than 5 minutes away.

As of 3-1-2019 construction is complete for the addition of 10 new – 14.8′ x 30′ X-Large storage units with the fisherman in mind. These units are leasing out fast! The these storage units are insulated to help fight off the Texas sun in the summer and the bitter cold in the winter. The doors are 12′ wide x 10′ tall overhead sectional. There are 2 -8′ LED shop lights in each unit.
